The electronics research group focuses on Digital IC, Analog IC, IC processing, RF IC, Device Technology and Embedded Systems.
The research fields include the design of electronic system architecture, System on Chip (SoC), Optimization of Algorithms for hardware implementation, VLSI Design, Hardware-Software Co-Design, and Device Design and Implementation.
These studies are targeted at various advanced applications such as Baseband Chip for Advance Wireless Communication, Smart Card, Security Engine, Wireless Sensor Network, and Silicon Nano Wire.
