Abstrak
The important issue behind this community service activity is the high crime rate in the community. The output and benefits of this activity are training activities on the use of online digital technology for security at the residential level, so that it will be able to improve security in the residential environment of local residents. The intellectual value of this activity is in the form of a contribution to the community to utilize the existence of digital media to improve security around the residence using digital technology. This activity has also increased the capacity of community service in the work unit (STEI-ITB) by contributing to increasing/enhancing the role and as well as the ITB campus/academic community to the surrounding community, which also plays a role in assisting government programs in supporting public interests.

Pendahuluan
The Basic Components of Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) is a video-based surveillance system that uses cameras to record events and display them on a monitor. A Network Video Recorder (NVR) is a specialized computer system that stores and processes CCTV footage.

Metodologi
PkM training/counseling activities in the form of digital technology usage programs will be carried out with the following approach:

• Guidance and coaching activities for the community regarding access to information in carrying out activities combined with online lectures and training and/or a combination of face-to-face.
• Providing training in applying digital technology in the utilization and use of digital media for community level security through digital technology media.

The approach and problem-solving used in this community service activity is an empirical approach using experiments and observations. The stages of implementing this community service activity are as follows:

• Evaluation of the condition of society in the use of digital technology and communication in interactions, especially in using digital platforms.
• Observation of the research object, namely the RT level community groups in the area around Sadang Serang Village, Coblong District, Bandung City.

To direct the objectives of the activity and make the activity process systematic, a chart for implementing the community service activities is made as follows:

Implementation
Implementation of Guidance and Coaching
Guidance and coaching have been carried out at the STEI-TB Telematics Laboratory, Labtek VIII Building, 4th Floor, activities on October 17, 2024, photos of the activities are attached.

Implementation of Training
Training on Designing Automated Digital Security and Surveillance Systems in the Environment and Its Implementation was held on October 24, 2024 at RT 7 RW 19, Sadang Serang, Bandung.

Kesimpulan
The PKM from the STEI ITB Telecommunications KK has been implemented well without any significant obstacles and is expected to have provided increased competency to related human resources at the RT level, especially in RT 07/RW 19, Sadang Serang Village, Bandung City.
