155 SEEI Students Graduates at ITB Graduation Day, October 2022

The School of Electrical Engineering and Informatics ITB held a faculty graduation event for 155 SEEI graduates who graduated on Sunday, October 23, 2022, in the ITB East Hall (Aula Timur).

This event was held a day after ITB held the ITB First Graduation Open Session for the 2022/2023 Academic Year for Doctoral, Masters, and Undergraduate Programs at the Sasana Budaya Ganesa (Sabuga) Building, Saturday, October 22, 2022.

At this October 2022 Graduation, ITB inaugurated 155 SEEI graduates with details: 108 undergraduate programs, 44 masters programs, and 3 doctoral programs. There were 56 cum laude graduates in this October graduation.

As the second offline graduation since the emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia, SEEI ITB implemented several preventive measures for the spread of COVID-19 in this event, including implementing strict health protocols. Graduates who cannot attend in person as well as parents and families of graduates can still follow the graduation procession online through the Bandung Institute of Technology’s YouTube channel and the Zoom platform.

The event began with remarks from the dean of SEEI ITB, Dr. Tutun Juhana, S.T., M.T. Then the graduates were guided to sing the anthem Indonesia Raya by Arif Bintang Abdillah, a graduate from the Electrical Engineering Study Program. Mr. Anang Achmad Latif, President Director of BAKTI Kominfo, gave the motivational speech in this event.

Ivandy Arifin Putra Noerrizky, a graduate from the Biomedical Engineering Study Program, gave the graduation speech as the winner of the graduation speech competition. Also present were Mr. Bayu Hanantasena, S.T., M.S., who gave remarks as representatives of parents of graduates.

The invitees who attended were also entertained by the appearance of a band of lecturers and graduates from the Electrical Engineering Study Program, Dedek Abdillah.The event was also attended by Burhanuddin Halimi, S.T, M.T, Ph.D., a lecturer from the Power Engineering Research Group and Head of Integrity Zone Program, who provided socialization regarding the Integrity Zone being explored by SEEI ITB.

Once again, STEI would like to congratulate the graduates. Hopefully the knowledge gained can be used for the good of society.
