T\u00dcV NORD Indonesia. In the two-day audit, the STEI ITB office administration service was declared still entitled to hold ISO 9001: 2015 certification.<\/p>\n<p>Since August 2018, STEI ITB Office Administration Service has officially obtained ISO 9001: 2015 certification, with PT. T\u00dcV NORD Indonesia as auditor. ISO 9001: 2015 is an international standard that is specific to the quality management system. The organization uses these standards to demonstrate the ability to provide services and products that are consistent with customer needs and applicable regulations.<\/p>\n<p>Surveillance Audit or survey audit is a continuation of the evaluation of the application of ISO 9001: 2015. Having previously been audited by an internal organization, it is the obligation of the external auditor to conduct a direct survey (surveillance), to ensure that the implementation of ISO 9001: 2015 is carried out consistently and in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001: 2015 standards. The audit also provided advice on improving service quality.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/stei.itb.ac.id\/redesign\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/70\/IMG_6009-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8771\" src=\"https:\/\/stei.itb.ac.id\/redesign\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/70\/IMG_6009-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1000\" height=\"561\" srcset=\"https:\/\/stei.itb.ac.id\/redesign\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/70\/IMG_6009-1.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/stei.itb.ac.id\/redesign\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/70\/IMG_6009-1-300x168.jpg 300w, https:\/\/stei.itb.ac.id\/redesign\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/70\/IMG_6009-1-768x431.jpg 768w, https:\/\/stei.itb.ac.id\/redesign\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/70\/IMG_6009-1-600x337.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>ISO 9001: 2015 certification is valid for three years, with the requirement of an audit survey carried out annually, before re-certification in the third year. Every key process, such as management review, internal audit, and adjustments made during one year, is reviewed.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, in this survey audit, every process owned by STEI administrative services is examined and reviewed by a sampling system.
