Beliau meraih gelar Doktor dari ITB pada tahun 2009 dengan disertasi berjudul &#8220;1-13 GHz Tropical Outdoor Ultrawideband Channel Characterization for Communications and Sensing Applications&#8221;. Saat ini, beliau bertugas di Laboratorium Telekomunikasi Radio dan Microwave STEI ITB.<\/p>\n<p>Sejak tahun 2004, Dr. Joko Suryana telah mengajar berbagai mata kuliah, termasuk Radar and Navigation Systems, Radar-Signal Processing, Remote Sensing System, Communication Electronic, Mobile and Fixed Satellite Communication Systems, Special Topics on Radio Technology, Mobile Core Network, dan Industrial Placement.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"tutun2 wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-6\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t<div  class=\"wpb_single_image wpb_content_element vc_align_right wpb_content_element\">\n\t\t\n\t\t<figure class=\"wpb_wrapper vc_figure\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"vc_single_image-wrapper   vc_box_border_grey\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"640\" height=\"684\" src=\"https:\/\/stei.itb.ac.id\/redesign\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/70\/Joko-S.png\" class=\"vc_single_image-img attachment-full\" alt=\"\" title=\"Joko S\" \/><\/div>\n\t\t<\/figure>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"container\" ><div class=\"vc_row wpb_row vc_row-fluid vc_custom_1723012029623\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-6\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element vc_custom_1754374330761\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p>Sebagai peneliti utama dan senior, Dr. Joko Suryana telah memimpin berbagai proyek strategis, seperti pengembangan prototip sistem antena Primary Surveillance Radar TRL8 (2024, LPIK ITB), Frequency Scanning Phased Array Radar untuk Mortar Locator (2025, RistekDikti), dan Radar Pasif 50 MHz &#8211; 18 GHz ( 2017-2020, Kemahan), serta Long Range Radar GCI S-band (2021\u20132026, Kemhan). Beliau juga terlibat dalam proyek-proyek inovatif seperti pengembangan radar aktif UWB berbasis waveform 5G, strategi ko-eksistensi 5G pada pita C-band untuk BRISat, serta desain stasiun hub LintasArta untuk satelit multi-ground station.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Joko Suryana telah menghasilkan lebih dari 90 publikasi ilmiah di jurnal dan konferensi internasional, termasuk penelitian tentang karakterisasi kanal komunikasi UAV, antena Vivaldi antipodal, dan sistem komunikasi satelit Ka-band di lingkungan tropis. Beberapa publikasi terbarunya mencakup &#8220;Characterization of A2G UAV Communication Channels under Rician Fading Conditions&#8221; (2025) dan &#8220;Design and Implementation of Commercial 2.45 GHz Wireless Power Transmission System for UAV&#8221; (2024).<\/p>\n<p>Dengan pengalaman akademik dan penelitian yang luas, Dr. Joko Suryana terus berkontribusi dalam pengembangan teknologi telekomunikasi dan radar, mendukung inovasi nasional dan internasional di bidang teknik elektro.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container
