Wikan Danar Sunindyo, S.T., M.Sc., a lecturer at the School of Electrical Engineering and Informatics (SEEI) of the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), received an award as Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of ICT Research and Application at the PRIMA ITB 2025 event. <em>.<\/em> .<\/p>\n<p>This award was presented as a form of appreciation for Dr. Wikan Danar Sunindyo\u2019s contribution and dedication to the development of reputable scientific publications in the field of information and communication technology (ICT), particularly through his role as Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of ICT Research and Application (JICTRA). <em>.<\/em> .<\/p>\n<p>As Editor-in-Chief, Dr. Wikan plays an important role in directing editorial policies, ensuring that the article review process is conducted rigorously and objectively, and encouraging continuous improvement in the quality of published research. JICTRA is one of the international journals managed under the Directorate of Research and Innovation (DRI) ITB and coordinated by the Vice Rector for Research and Innovation (WRRI). JICTRA aims to receive and publish scientific articles from authors both within and outside Indonesia in the field of information and communication technology (ICT), covering information theory, signal processing, electronics, computer networks, telecommunications, wireless and mobile computing, internet technologies, multimedia, software engineering, computer science, information systems, and knowledge management. <em>.<\/em>. <em>.<\/em> And <em>.<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Currently, JICTRA has achieved a Scimago Q3 ranking, indicating international recognition of the quality and consistency of its scientific publications. Dr. Wikan hopes that the award he received will further increase the interest of academics, both from within ITB and outside ITB, to publish and review scientific articles in the field of ICT through the JICTRA journal, so that both the quantity and quality of publications can continue to improve.<\/p>\n<p>SEEI ITB conveys its appreciation and congratulations on the achievement attained by Dr. techn. Wikan Danar Sunindyo.
