The STEI-ITB Telecommunications Engineering Team won first and second place in two categories in the Huawei ICT Competition 2020 National Final Round. Furthermore, the Bandung Institute of Technology was selected as an Excellent University in this event.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

ITB sent three teams for the three categories of the competition: one for the Cloud category, one for the Network category, and one for the Artificial Intelligence category. The teams were selected based on the selection results from the university-level competition held from November 16-27, 2020.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The Huawei ICT Competition 2020 National Final Round was held online on December 3 and 12, 2020. The competition was divided into three categories: Network, Cloud, and one new category: <\/span>Artificial Intelligence. This national level competition <\/span>attended by 40 leading universities in Indonesia that have become Huawei partners in the Huawei ICT Academy.<\/span><\/p>\n

The first team to win first place in the Cloud category consisted of three Telecommunications Engineering students (Hafizh Mulya Harjono, Galih Fajar Fitra Ady, and Fandi Azam Wiranata) and one instructor (Abdul Latif, ST, MT). The ITB Cloud team has maintained its title in the same category since the Huawei ICT Competition 2019 last year.<\/span><\/p>\n

Meanwhile, for the Network category, second place was also won by the STEI ITB team consisting of 3 Telecommunication Engineering students and 1 instructor, namely: Rafi Falih Mulia, Muhammad Athallah Rizki Putra, Mohammad Febriyanto, and Rifqy Hakimi, ST, MT (STEI ITB lecturer).<\/span><\/p>\n

Meanwhile, 2 ITB instructors received their degrees <\/span>Best Performance Trainer <\/span><\/i>among them is Abdul Latif who won the title<\/span> Best Performance Trainer <\/span><\/i>for the Cloud category, and Wervyan Shalannanda won <\/span>Best Performance Trainer<\/span><\/i> for the Artificial Intelligence category.<\/span><\/p>\n

The two winning ITB teams, namely the Cloud and Network teams, will represent Indonesia at the Huawei ICT Competition 2020-2021 Regional Final-Southern Pacific to compete for tickets to the Huawei ICT Competition 2020-2021 Global Final.<\/span><\/p>\n
