There's a new room on the second floor of Labtek V, Achmad Bakrie Building. Students who have just started the semester again may be wondering what the glass-doored room is for. Previously, it was locked and half-empty. Previously part of the academic office, the room was renovated during the school break to avoid disrupting student learning. In addition to the service desk, there are also several sofas serving as a waiting area.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Last Monday, September 2, 2019, the Dean of STEI, Prof. Jaka Sembiring<\/a>, didampingi Prof. Dwi<\/a> as Vice Dean for Academic Affairs and Prof. Nana Rachmana<\/a> As Vice Dean for Facilities and Infrastructure, he inaugurated the STEI Academic Front Office, designed to serve students. This Front Office replaces the academic counters previously located on the south and east sides of the STEI academic office. Any student with a need, whether undergraduate, postgraduate, or doctoral, can directly approach the staff on-site for direct explanations.<\/p>\n

With the inauguration of this Front Office, STEI is expected to be able to provide better service to students and faculty who require academic services. This also aligns with the ISO 9001:2015 Continuous Improvement standard, which requires every service to consistently improve its quality. Going forward, this office will not only provide academic services but also other administrative services directly related to students and faculty.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
