This conference is an international event organized by the School of Electrical Engineering and Informatics, ITB, Indonesia and co-organized by Faculty of Information Science &amp; Technology, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. This conference is technically co-sponsored by IEEE Electron Device Society Indonesia Chapter and IEEE Education Society Indonesia Chapter.<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of this conference is to provide a forum for researchers, scientists and engineers from all over the world to exchange ideas and discuss recent progress in all fields of electrical engineering and informatics from basic science to practical applications.
