Electronic devices accompany almost all existing technological advancements. Therefore, the development of the electronics industry, particularly in the microprocessor sector, is crucial. <em>(Integrated Circuit Design &#8211; IC Design)<\/em> now receives good support from the government so that Indonesia can catch up. Of course, to increase performance acceleration requires high-quality human resources to be able to pour their energy and thoughts into the industry. In this regard, a manufacturer of storage, communication, and semiconductor products, Marvell Technology Group, Ltd. on Tuesday (22\/09\/2015) visited the College of Electrical and Informatics (STEI) ITB. Marvell's visit aimed to introduce their company and build communication with ITB to find the best talents ITB to join Marvell.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"floatleft alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/www.itb.ac.id\/files\/112\/20150924\/tn_1443105712.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"99\" \/>In its presentation, the company which excels in the field of microprocessor architecture and digital signal processing is looking for students majoring in Telecommunication Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Informatics Engineering, and Physics Engineering with the best qualifications to fill the position.<em>library layout engineering, physical design, <\/em>And<em> live network validation.<\/em>&#8220;ITB<em> is the most important university and we are looking for the top talent to join us<\/em>,&#8221; ujar Alana, <em>recruiter <\/em>This reputable company is led by Sehat Sutardja. The first quality verified by Marvell is the cumulative grade point average (GPA), which must be above the average standard. Furthermore, technical knowledge of electronics must be well-established to pass Marvell's rigorous screening process. According to Eric Kosdi (Electronics Engineering 2009), one of the <em>engineer<\/em> Marvell, the magical thing he has experienced is when he does not consider overtime as a burden at all. &#8220;We love our jobs so what we feel is pleasure. Basically, we all work hard and it really takes someone who is highly dedicated to that,&#8221; said Eric when sharing about his experience while working at Marvell.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"floatleft alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/www.itb.ac.id\/files\/112\/20150924\/tn_1443105668.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"99\" \/>Dean STEI ITB, Dr. Ir Jaka Sembiring M.Eng , warmly welcomed Marvell. He expressed pride that the quality of ITB graduates continues to be recognized globally. Meanwhile, Arthur Soerjohadi,<em>Country Director <\/em>In his presentation, Marvell encouraged the students to continue working hard and learning. He noted the indescribable satisfaction that comes from seeing the impact your work can have on so many people's lives. <em>&#8220;If we do well, money will definitely come. Yet money is just one thing, <\/em>while satisfaction is a different thing, &#8221; said.<\/p>\n<p>The students attending the event were enthusiastic about learning about Marvell. At the end of the event, Marvell showcased its latest technology and opened a discussion forum while enjoying the delicious food.
