Students from the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) once again demonstrated their achievements in the 2014 Indonesian Rocket and Rocket Payload Competition (Komurindo) and the 2014 Atmospheric Balloon Payload Competition (Kombat) held in Yogyakarta on August 14-16, 2014. The ITB team successfully achieved:<\/p>\n
1. Graksa Ganesha Team: 1st Place and Best Idea in the Rocket Payload Division - Komurindo<\/p>\n
2. Garuda Ganesha Team: EDF Rocket Division Hopeful Champion – Komurindo<\/p>\n
3. Jayapala Team: 1st Place – Kombat<\/p>\n
4. Nakapala Team: 2nd Place – Kombat<\/p>\n
The Komurindo Team and the ITB Combat Team consist of students Electrical Engineering and Telecommunication Engineering STEI<\/strong>, Aeronautics and Astronautics Engineering FTMD, and Geodetic Engineering FITB. Members of the Komurindo team: Ashbir Aviat Fadila (EL2011), Beryl Wicaksono (EL2011), Ndaru Wicaksono (EL2011), Muhammad Ridho (ET2011), Christian Reyner (AE2011), Didit Pringgodani (AE2012), Subhan (AE2011), Bagus Hanindito (EL2011), Antonius Perdana Renardy (EL2011). Members of the Kombat team: Zuhditazmi (EL2012), Hans Herdian (EL2012), Luqman Alfarisi (EL2012), Daniel Arianto Tampubolon (GD2012), Admira Duradzhani (EL2011), Achmad Pradivta Nugraha (AE2012).<\/p>\n The Komurindo and Kombat activities are annual events organized by the Directorate General of Higher Education, Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia in collaboration with the National Institute of Aeronautics and Space (LAPAN) and the host university, which in 2014 was Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta (UMY).
