The event provided a forum for discussion and the exchange of insights between industry and academia on the challenges of the energy transition and innovation in the electric power sector.<\/p>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <figure>\n    <img src=\"https:\/\/stei.itb.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-30.jpg\" alt=\"Dokumentasi kegiatan InPower Talks PLN Indonesia Power dan ITB\" decoding=\"async\">\n  <\/figure>\n\n  <div class=\"news-text\">\n    <p>The event began with remarks from the Dean of STEI ITB, Prof. Dr. Ir. Tutun Juhana, S.T., M.T., and the Head of the Electrical Power Engineering Research Group at STEI ITB, Prof. Dr. Ir. Suwarno, M.T. Their remarks opened a series of collaborative activities between PLN Indonesia Power and ITB.<\/p>\n\n    <p>The panel discussion featured Ir. Moch Padang Dirgantara, M.M., Director of Coal-Fired Power Generation Operations at PLN Indonesia Power. He shared an industry perspective on the energy transition, the practical challenges facing power generation, and opportunities for young people.<\/p>\n\n    <p>From an academic perspective, Dr. Eng. Ir. Fathin Saifur Rahman, S.T., M.T., Head of ITB\u2019s Undergraduate Program in Electrical Power Engineering.
