Bandung, stei.itb.ac.id \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0The School of Electrical Engineering and Informatics (STEI) ITB received a visit from the Surabaya State Electronic Polytechnic (PENS) in order to strengthen institutional synergy through strategic discussions regarding laboratory management, development of research activities, and exploration of sustainable academic collaboration.<\/p>\n

The meeting, held on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, in the STEI Meeting Room, Labtek VIII, 2nd Floor, provided a productive dialogue space for sharing best practices in laboratory facility management and strategies for improving research performance. The discussion focused not only on technical management aspects but also on how laboratories can become centers of innovation that support a higher education ecosystem that is adaptive and relevant to technological developments.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

This activity was attended by the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs of STEI ITB, Dr. techn. Muhammad Zuhri Catur Candra, ST, MT, who emphasized the importance of collaboration between universities as a strategic step in strengthening national research capacity and creating a broader impact on the development of science and technology.<\/p>\n

Through this meeting, STEI ITB and PENS Surabaya opened up opportunities for more concrete collaboration in the future, both in the form of research collaboration, laboratory development, and other mutually reinforcing academic initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
