Bandung, stei.itb.ac.id<\/strong> A cross-disciplinary team from Institut Teknologi Bandung, consisting of students from the School of Electrical Engineering and Informatics (SEEI) and the Faculty of Art and Design (FSRD), achieved a proud accomplishment at Gameseed 2025, which was held as part of the Indonesia Game Developer Exchange (IGDX) event series in Bali. The team, named Jambee, won 2nd Place (Runner-Up) in the Student category through their game titled Duck Shoot. .<\/strong>. .<\/strong> . .<\/strong> . .<\/strong> . .<\/em> . .<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Gameseed is an incubation and competition program initiated by the Indonesian Game Association (Asosiasi Game Indonesia\/AGI) in collaboration with the Ministry of Communication and Informatics of the Republic of Indonesia (Kominfo). The program aims to support the growth of young talent in the game development field in Indonesia, featuring various stages ranging from game jams, mentoring, to pitching at the main IGDX 2025 event. .<\/strong> . .<\/strong>. .<\/em>, .<\/em>. .<\/em> .<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

In the Student category, Team Jambee presented Duck Shoot, a classic-style action game that carries a simple yet highly engaging concept. Through its distinctive visual approach and addictive gameplay, the game successfully attracted the attention of judges and event visitors. The collaboration between SEEI ITB students, who were responsible for the technical development aspects, and FSRD ITB students, who handled design and visuals, created a strong synergy between technology and creativity. .<\/em>In the Student category, Team Jambee presented Duck Shoot, a classic-style action game that carries a simple yet highly engaging concept. Through its distinctive visual approach and addictive gameplay, the game successfully attracted the attention of judges and event visitors. With this award, Team Jambee plans to continue developing Duck Shoot so that it can be released to the public in a full version. Their success at Gameseed 2025 is expected to inspire other ITB students to continue creating and contributing to the national and international game industry. The combination of technical and artistic capabilities from both study programs became the main strength of Team Jambee in delivering a work that blends software engineering elements with compelling visual aesthetics. .<\/em> .<\/p>\n
