If you have a primary email outside of your ITB account, such as Gmail, you can forward your ITB email to your Gmail email.<\/p>\n

Step 1: Login and Access Email Settings<\/strong><\/p>\n

Make sure your ITB email (@itb.ac.id) is logged in to Outlook.<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. On a desktop device (computer), log in to ITB email.<\/li>\n
  2. After successfully logging in, click on the Settings icon (in the top right corner of the screen, the gear-shaped icon).<\/li>\n
  3. Find and select the Settings option.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Step 2: Set Up and Enable Forwarding<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. In the settings area, Click the Forwarding tab > Enable Forwarding (Active).<\/li>\n
    2. In the \u201cForward email to:\u201d section, fill in the destination email address (Gmail).<\/li>\n
    3. If you want to keep forwarded messages, check the box \u201ckeep a copy of forwarded messages\u201d.<\/li>\n
    4. At the bottom, click Save.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      If you have more than 1 account that you want to receive forwarded emails from ITB email, use the rules function.<\/strong><\/p>\n

      1. In the settings area, Click the Rules tab > Add New Rule.<\/li>\n
      2. In the first field, fill in the destination email address.<\/li>\n
      3. In the second field select the condition \u201cApply to all messages\u201d.<\/li>\n
      4. In the third field, fill in the action \u201cForward To\u201d.<\/li>\n
      5. Make sure the \u201cStop Processing more rules\u201d option remains active if you want the process to run automatically.<\/li>\n
      6. At the bottom, click Save.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Notes: <\/strong><\/p>\n

        • If the email is not forwarded, try repeating the Steps above to make sure you didn't miss any Steps.<\/li>\n
        • Make sure you check the spam or junk folder in your Gmail account if the email doesn't appear in your inbox.<\/li>\n
        • Make sure there are no filters or rules in your ITB or Gmail account that are blocking the forwarding process.<\/li>\n
