Bandung, stei.itb.ac.id –<\/em> The School of Electrical Engineering and Informatics (STEI) ITB continues to strengthen its commitment to providing the best service by holding training “Developing Service Excellence<\/em>” for educational staff. This event will take place on December 16-17, 2023 at HARRIS Hotel & Conventions Ciumbuleuit Bandung (Brigt 3), Jl.Ciumbuleuit No.50-58, Hegarmanah, Cidadap District, Bandung City.<\/p>\n

To ensure optimal training, STEI ITB collaborates with CV. Yuristin, an institution that has expertise in training development. service excellence<\/em>. Two experienced instructors from Yuristin, namely Uton Wartono and Leli Mardiana, became leaders in guiding educational staff towards a deep understanding of service mindset, service attitude, service communication,<\/em> and strategies for interacting with customers. Other materials include communication practice sessions, basic grooming<\/em>, and complaint handling.<\/p>\n

The highlight of the event was marked by the awarding of awards. Best Performance<\/em> to the three best participants during the training “Developing Service Excellence.<\/em>” The following are the names of the award recipients:<\/p>\n

  1. Zenal Aripin<\/strong> – The Most Active Person<\/em><\/li>\n
  2. Irwan Zaenal Nurhidayat<\/strong> – The Most Communicative Person<\/em><\/li>\n
  3. Salman Arif Naufal<\/strong> – The Most Improved Person<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    This award is given as an appreciation for the dedication and achievements of the participants, and is expected to have a positive impact on improving the quality of services within the STEI ITB environment.<\/p>\n

    This training not only provides new knowledge but also recognizes participants who have excelled in improving their skills. With this initiative, STEI ITB hopes to create a better educational environment and encourage educational staff to consistently provide the best possible service to students and other stakeholders.<\/p>\n
