Bandung, stei.itb.ac.id –<\/em> On Thursday, October 19, 2023, Shell Indonesia held a competition “Think Efficiency 2023”<\/strong> This competition seeks innovative solutions in the energy and environmental sectors. Teams from across Indonesia compete to create sustainable solutions that can address future energy challenges.<\/p>\n

In a tight competition, the team PowerFlex<\/em><\/strong> from the School of Electrical Engineering and Informatics (STEI) ITB won first place in the energy category. They impressed the judges with an innovative solution called “Portable Power Plant”<\/strong><\/em> which can be a sustainable electrification solution for remote areas in Indonesia.<\/p>\n

    Portable Power Plant<\/em> What they proposed was a mobile solution capable of producing electricity independently from renewable energy sources. Using innovative technology, they succeeded in creating a solution that could bring electrification to remote areas, support their development, and contribute to environmental conservation.<\/p>\n

    Team PowerFlex<\/em> Not only did they succeed in presenting innovative solutions, but they also provided a concrete example of how Indonesia's young generation has great potential in addressing energy and environmental issues. Their achievements at the event “Think Efficiency 2023”<\/em> This is real evidence of the dedication and ability of STEI ITB students in contributing to sustainable development in Indonesia.<\/p>\n
