\"\"<\/a>PT Vale Indonesia Tbk (Vale Indonesia), formerly known as PT International Nickel Indonesia, Tbk (PTI), is a foreign investment company (PMA) licensed by the Indonesian government to conduct nickel exploration, mining, processing, and production. The company was founded in July 1968.<\/p>\n

We currently operate on Sulawesi Island under a Contract of Work (CoW) agreement with the Indonesian government. The Company signed the first CoW agreement with the government on July 27, 1968. Then, on January 15, 1996, we signed a modification and extension agreement for the initial CoW, which is valid from April 1, 2008, to December 28, 2025.<\/p>\n

On Tuesday, March 27 2012, one of the Informatics Engineering alumni from the class of 1994, who works at the company as Manager of SAP Indonesia, Mr. Suparam Bayu Aji, visited the Informatics Study Program and gave a guest lecture entitled Change Management in IT Investment<\/em>In the lecture attended by SIE course participants and IF2009 and IF2008 students, he explained how to apply change management to one of the projects handled by the company where he works.<\/p>\n

One Vale Indonesia is an SAP implementation project consisting of modules. finance, controlling, project, procurement, EHS, sales & distribution, maintenance<\/em> And production and quality management<\/em> And this project was successful because it implemented change management. How? Here are 8 steps:<\/p>\n

  1. Membangun rasa kepentingan<\/li>\n
  2. Membuat koalisi<\/li>\n
  3. Creating a vision and strategy<\/li>\n
  4. Komunikasi perubahan visi<\/li>\n
  5. Supporting employees in action<\/li>\n
  6. Membuat goal <\/em>jangka pendek<\/li>\n
  7. Consolidation and more changes<\/li>\n
  8. Memimpin perubahan kultur<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    And the implementation of the above steps in the implementation of One Vale is:<\/p>\n

    – Providing information on the importance of One Vale Indonesia at the organizational level of PT. Vale Indonesia, implementation of step 1<\/p>\n

    - Seeking and finalizing contracts with stakeholders, making changes to the vision (Enable, Integrate, Grow) and disseminating it across PT. Vale Indonesia, this is the implementation of steps 2 to 4<\/p>\n
