The discussion participants came from <a href=\"https:\/\/stei.itb.ac.id\/en\/kk\/kk-elektronika\/\">Electronics Research Group<\/a>, Academic &amp; Curriculum Team, and Final Project &amp; Seminar Management Team from <a href=\"https:\/\/stei.itb.ac.id\/en\/program-sarjana\/sarjana-teknik-elektro\/\">Electrical Engineering Study Program<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/stei.itb.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/FGD-Mei2023-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-20084\" src=\"https:\/\/stei.itb.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/FGD-Mei2023-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"914\" height=\"609\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>One of the important moments in the discussion was the presentation delivered by <a href=\"https:\/\/itb.ac.id\/staf\/profil\/infall-syafalni\">Dr.Eng. Infall Syafalni, ST., M.Sc.<\/a>, an expert in the semiconductor field on \"How to Develop Semiconductor Human Resources in Indonesia\". After an informative presentation from <a href=\"https:\/\/itb.ac.id\/staf\/profil\/infall-syafalni\">Dr. Infall Syafalni<\/a>, saatnya giliran\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/itb.ac.id\/staf\/profil\/irman-idris\">Dr. Ir. Irman Idris, M.Sc.<\/a> contributed by explaining the history and ecosystem of the semiconductor industry.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/itb.ac.id\/staf\/profil\/irman-idris\">Dr. Ir. Irman Idris, M.Sc.<\/a> , an expert in the semiconductor industry, enthusiastically shared his knowledge of the history and ecosystem of the semiconductor industry with the discussion participants. In his presentation, he reviewed key companies in the Indonesian semiconductor industry and the skills required by the human resources (HR) involved in this industry.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/stei.itb.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/FGD-Mei2023-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-20085\" src=\"https:\/\/stei.itb.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/FGD-Mei2023-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"914\" height=\"609\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>This discussion also served as a forum for exchanging information, thoughts, and innovative ideas to accelerate the growth of the semiconductor industry in Indonesia.
