The STEI-ITB team won two first place titles in two categories in the Huawei ICT Competition 2022 National Final Round. The categories are 1st place in Cloud Track<\/strong> and 1st place in Network Track.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

ITB sent 3 teams for the 3 categories of competitions, including 1 representative team for the Cloud category, 1 team for the Network category, and also 1 team for the Artificial Intelligence category. The formation of the team was made based on the selection results at the University level competition which was held previously.<\/span><\/p>\n

      \u00a0<\/span>This competition challenges future digital talents to sharpen their capabilities in mastering the latest technology. Participants must take part in a training program and be certified. Participants must also pass a simulation test in related technologies. During the competition, participants can also gain hands-on experience in solving problems that occur in the application of technology.<\/span><\/p>\n

      The two ITB teams who won, namely the Cloud and Network teams, will later represent Indonesia in the Huawei ICT Competition 2022-2023 Regional Final-Southern Pacific to fight for tickets to the Huawei ICT Competition 2022-2023 Global Final.<\/span><\/p>\n

      The award ceremony was held on December 6, 2022, in conjunction with the Huawei Digital Talent Day 2022 event. With the theme “Build the Strong Character of Indonesia Digital Talent”, this event took place with great fanfare.<\/span><\/p>\n

      The event was opened and attended by Dr. Moeldoko, Presidential Chief of Staff; Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno, Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy; Nadiem Anwar Makarim, Minister of Education, Culture, Research and Technology; Bintang Puspayoga, Minister of Women’s Empowerment and Child Protection, along with a number of representatives from other government institutions including the Ministry of Communication and Informatics, the National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN), the National Cyber and Crypto Agency (BSSN), chancellors from various university partners and representatives from various industry associations.<\/span><\/p>\n
