{"id":7732,"date":"2018-05-25T09:58:55","date_gmt":"2018-05-25T02:58:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/stei.itb.ac.id\/?page_id=7732"},"modified":"2021-03-18T10:19:30","modified_gmt":"2021-03-18T03:19:30","slug":"sop-stei-keu-04","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/stei.itb.ac.id\/en\/iso\/sop-stei-keu-04\/","title":{"rendered":"SOP\/STEI\/KEU\/04: Application for Assistance for Student Activities and Associations"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/stei.itb.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/SOP.STEI_.KEU-04-Pengajuan-Bantuan-Kegiatan-Mahasiswa-dan-HM.Rev-01.23042018.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7733\" src=\"https:\/\/stei.itb.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/SOP.STEI_.KEU-04-Pengajuan-Bantuan-Kegiatan-Mahasiswa-dan-HM.Rev-01.23042018.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1801\" height=\"813\" srcset=\"https:\/\/stei.itb.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/SOP.STEI_.KEU-04-Pengajuan-Bantuan-Kegiatan-Mahasiswa-dan-HM.Rev-01.23042018.png 1801w, https:\/\/stei.itb.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/SOP.STEI_.KEU-04-Pengajuan-Bantuan-Kegiatan-Mahasiswa-dan-HM.Rev-01.23042018-300x135.png 300w, https:\/\/stei.itb.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/SOP.STEI_.KEU-04-Pengajuan-Bantuan-Kegiatan-Mahasiswa-dan-HM.Rev-01.23042018-768x347.png 768w, https:\/\/stei.itb.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/SOP.STEI_.KEU-04-Pengajuan-Bantuan-Kegiatan-Mahasiswa-dan-HM.Rev-01.23042018-1024x462.png 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1801px) 100vw, 1801px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Request for Support for Student and Student Association Activities<\/h3>\n<p>Student activity assistance is financial assistance provided by STEI ITB to support student activities such as participation in national and international student competitions, student activities. <em>student exchange<\/em>, <em>internship program<\/em>, participation in international conferences and submission of Scopus indexed journals.<\/p>\n<p>Student Association activity assistance is assistance provided by STEI ITB to support Student Association activities to improve students' skills, competencies and insights in the professional field.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Provisions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>The provision of student activity funding assistance follows the provisions of Dean's Decree Number 0044\/SK\/I1.C07\/KU\/2016 dated January 4, 2016 concerning the Provision of Student Activity Assistance and the STEI ITB Student Association.<\/li>\n<li>Assistance is only given to students who <strong>has ACTIVE status (not yet declared to have passed the graduation examination)<\/strong> And <strong>implementation of activities a maximum of 1 (one) month after being declared to have passed the graduation hearing.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The determination of the amount of assistance by the Head of Administration refers to the Dean's Decree Number 0044\/SK\/I1.C07\/KU\/2016 and takes into account budget availability.<\/li>\n<li>Submission of financial assistance follows the following provisions:\n<ol>\n<li>Funding assistance for national and international student competitions, activities <em>student exchange<\/em>, <em>internship program<\/em>, and association activities, students MUST:\n<ul>\n<li>Submit a proposal for activity funding assistance along with the activity budget (RAB) that has been approved by the Supervisor or Student Coordinator and the Head of the Study Program. Attach a photocopy of your ID card\/KTP, Student Card (KTM), and the front page of your savings book to the proposal;<\/li>\n<li>Fill out and submit <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1obAEOK-eevQDxV1baNXdY08kEcGffP1r\/view\">Statement of Activity Accountability<\/a> which has been completely filled in and signed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>To apply for financial assistance for participation in international conferences or submit Scopus-indexed journals, students MUST:\n<ul>\n<li>The applicant student is the first author;<\/li>\n<li>Complete the <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/open?id=1BsUdSxnIAtsDwEwslnGOmG4A0B_qvLiK\">International Journal\/Conference Funding Application Form<\/a> which has been completely filled in and signed;<\/li>\n<li>Fill out and submit <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/open?id=1obAEOK-eevQDxV1baNXdY08kEcGffP1r\">Statement of Activity Accountability<\/a> which has been completely filled in and signed;<\/li>\n<li>Submit the required documents for submitting an application for participation in an international conference or submitting a Scopus indexed journal, namely: Photocopy of the paper, <em>acceptance letter<\/em>\/print-out <em>acceptance letter<\/em>, original proof of payment, photocopy of Identity Card\/KTP and Student Card, photocopy of the front page of the savings book and the activity RAB that has been signed by the applicant student.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>After the activity is completed, students\/student associations MUST complete and submit a report on the use of the financial assistance received (Student\/student association activity fund use report) to the Finance unit no later than 1 (one) week after the activity takes place, accompanied by relevant and valid financial evidence.<\/li>\n<li>The Finance Unit will only process applications for student\/student association activity funding assistance if the application meets the requirements and completeness of the documents stipulated.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Forms to Be Completed:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/open?id=1BsUdSxnIAtsDwEwslnGOmG4A0B_qvLiK\">International Journal\/Conference Cost Assistance Application Form.<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/open?id=1KpZoZ2PbcnfjBi9VDkdAL7RIE6e-y9jf\">Report on the Use of Student\/Student Association Activity Funds.<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/open?id=1obAEOK-eevQDxV1baNXdY08kEcGffP1r\">Activity Accountability Letter.<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pengajuan Bantuan Kegiatan Mahasiswa dan Himpunan Bantuan kegiatan mahasiswa adalah bantuan dana yang diberikan oleh STEI ITB guna menunjang kegiatan mahasiswa seperti keikutsertaan dalam kompetisi mahasiswa baik nasional maupun internasional, [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"parent":6794,"menu_order":32,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-7732","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/stei.itb.ac.id\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages\/7732","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/stei.itb.ac.id\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/stei.itb.ac.id\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/page"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/stei.itb.ac.id\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/stei.itb.ac.id\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=7732"}],"version-history":[{"count":0,"href":"https:\/\/stei.itb.ac.id\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages\/7732\/revisions"}],"up":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/stei.itb.ac.id\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages\/6794"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/stei.itb.ac.id\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=7732"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
