Student Loan of Facilities\/Rooms<\/h3>\n

Submission Procedure:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Confirm permission to use the facilities\/rooms with the Facilities and Infrastructure unit.<\/li>\n
  2. Mengisi Formulir Peminjaman Fasilitas\/Ruangan.<\/li>\n
  3. The \u201cFacility Loan Form\u201d must be signed by the Head of the Activity Committee (applicant), acknowledged by the Student Coordinator or Head of the Study Program or Lecturer in Charge of the Activity and the Head of the Facilities and Infrastructure Sub-Division (approver).<\/li>\n
  4. Mengisi \u201cFormulir Penggantian\/Perbaikan Fasilitas\u201d apabila ditemukan kehilangan\/kerusakan fasilitas.<\/li>\n
  5. Receive sanctions if you commit a violation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Ketentuan\u00a0 :<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. User<\/em>\/borrowers (Student Association or Activity Committee) are required to look after participants' belongings to prevent loss, comply with ITB provisions\/regulations and maintain cleanliness, order & safety of participants during the activity.<\/li>\n
    2. User\/<\/em>The borrower is responsible if there is damage to the facilities\/room caused by the committee's deliberate\/negligence during the activity.<\/li>\n
    3. \"Facility Loan Form\" is a proof sheet of approval for the use\/utilization of space in INTERNAL STEI ITB<\/strong>, namun BUKAN<\/u> is an agreement to carry out activities<\/strong>Approval to carry out activities is issued by the Directorate of Facilities and Infrastructure or the ITB Student Organization in the form of an \u201cActivity Permit Letter\u201d.<\/li>\n
    4. User<\/em>\/borrowers are not permitted to re-lend any facilities\/rooms that have been borrowed to other parties\/third parties without the knowledge\/permission of the Head of Facilities and Infrastructure Sub-Division of STEI ITB.<\/li>\n
    5. The \u201cFacility Loan Form\u201d is submitted by the user\/borrower to the Infrastructure Unit no later than 3 (three) working days<\/strong> before the implementation of the activity.<\/li>\n
    6. Any activity carried out outside of working hours must be accompanied by an \"Activity Permit Letter\" from the Directorate of Facilities and Infrastructure or the ITB Student Organization.<\/li>\n
    7. Any form of violation will be subject to sanctions.<\/li>\n
    8. The facilities\/rooms that can be used for student activities have been determined by the Facilities and Infrastructure unit.<\/li>\n
    9. The Facility Loan Service is only intended for Sivitas STEI – ITB.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    10. The deadline for permission to use rooms\/facilities for student activities (outside of lectures) in the STEI \u2013 ITB environment is mulai pukul 08.00 s.d. 17.30 WIB<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
