His academic journey began at the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) in 1998. After completing his Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering in 2003, he continued his Master's degree in the same field and graduated in 2005. His interest in the world of electronics did not stop at the system level, but penetrated down to the scale of devices and the physical phenomena that drive them. The drive to understand electronics at the deepest level brought him to Japan, specifically to the Tokyo Institute of Technology, now known as the Tokyo Institute of Science. At this leading research center, he pursued his doctoral education in Physical Electronics and completed it in 2012. In a highly competitive and research-based academic environment, he studied nanoelectronics, electron transport modeling, and tunneling phenomena in advanced semiconductor devices. In 2017, he confirmed his professional competence by obtaining the Associate Professional Engineer certification from the Indonesian Engineers Association.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Since 2003, he has been active as a researcher at the ITB Microelectronics Center and also involved in the RUSNAS TIMe KNRT RI program as a Pressure Sensor Product Engineer. Upon his return from Japan in 2012, he served at ITB as a lecturer at the School of Electrical Engineering and Informatics (STEI) and a researcher at the Microelectronics Center. In the classroom, he is known as a systematic and conceptual teacher, teaching courses ranging from Electrical Circuits, Electrotechnical Materials, to Nano Electronics at the master's level. Academic leadership is an important part of his contribution. He previously served as Head of the Basic Electrical Engineering Laboratory at STEI ITB (2016\u20132020), where he encouraged the modernization of practicums and the strengthening of the educational laboratory management system. In the 2021\u20132022 period, he was entrusted to be the Head of the STEI ITB Electrical Engineering Undergraduate Study Program. In this position, he played a role in strengthening the learning outcomes-based curriculum until the ITB Electrical Engineering Study Program succeeded in achieving superior national accreditation from LAM Teknik and international accreditation from IABEE. His commitment to educational quality is also strengthened through the training of LAM Teknik assessors and IABEE evaluators. In the research realm, his work reflects a balance between fundamental research and strategic applications. He is involved in various studies on non-volatile memory, silicon grating-based photodetectors, carbon nanotube-based supercapacitors, and Double-Gate MOSFET modeling with the NEGF approach. One of his strategic contributions is his involvement in the development of HALE (High Altitude Long Endurance) for monitoring the outermost regions of the Republic of Indonesia through the LPDP Innovation RISPRO scheme. This project reflects the integration of electronics, solar power systems, and avionics to support national airspace sovereignty. In the project, his role is in the development and integration of reliable electronic systems for long-term operations at high altitudes. At the professional level, he is active in the international scientific community. He once served as Secretary of the IEEE Electron Device Indonesia Chapter. He also contributed to the Indonesian Electrical Engineering Higher Education Forum, and was involved in various international conference committees as General Chair and Technical Program Chair. These activities strengthen collaboration networks at both national and global levels.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
