She also actively mentors students at all levels and synergistically seeks research grants to support their activities, both at the ITB and national levels.<\/p>\n<p>Penelitian Dr. Irma berfokus pada solusi cerdas untuk optimisasi jaringan komunikasi masa depan, dengan penekanan pada pengalokasian sumber daya yang dinamis dan scalable untuk komunikasi antena jamak dan gelombang milimeter\/terahertz. Hasil penelitiannya telah dipublikasikan di berbagai jurnal internasional bereputasi, yang mencerminkan kontribusinya dalam pengembangan sistem dan teknologi komunikasi di tingkat global.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Irma also plays a role in institutional development, leading the faculty quality assurance team, and coordinating the development of STEI's 2026\u20132030 Strategic Plan. She is also a reviewer for several international journals published by IEEE, Springer, and Elsevier and serves as a member of the technical program committee (TPC) at several international conferences.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-6\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><div
