The templates provided are also designed to facilitate students in compiling documents in a standard and neat format, thus simplifying the evaluation and guidance process. 8th semester students or close to 108 credits<\/li>\n<li>There is an official statement from the company stating that they accept the student applicant to carry out practical work.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>LANGKAH &#8211; LANGKAH PELAKSANAAN<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Students who meet the requirements fill out a form to find information about the company where they will be doing their internship.<\/li>\n<li>Students fill out the KP application form at TU.<\/li>\n<li>TU informs the KP Coordinator\/KP Supervisor of the KP topic and company.<\/li>\n<li>KP Coordinator\/KP Supervisor approves the topic and company.<\/li>\n<li>Academic TU makes a KP application letter to the company.<\/li>\n<li>If accepted, TU will create a cover letter, attendance list and assessment form for the company.<\/li>\n<li>TU provides instructions for implementing KP, a list of KP students and an assessment form.<\/li>\n<li>The KP Coordinator\/KP Supervisor is responsible for guiding students.<\/li>\n<li>Students do KP.<\/li>\n<li>Students make KP reports guided by the KP coordinator\/KP supervisor.<\/li>\n<li>Students collect KP reports.<\/li>\n<li>The KP coordinator\/KP supervisor checks and assesses the KP report.<\/li>\n<li>Academic TU incorporates KP values into DNA.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>FORM DAN TEMPLATE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please access the following link:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Form Pengajuan KP:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"vc_tta-panel\" id=\"1723274786880-37e406ea-102d\" data-vc-content=\".vc_tta-panel-body\"><div class=\"vc_tta-panel-heading\"><h5 class=\"vc_tta-panel-title\"><a href=\"#1723274786880-37e406ea-102d\" data-vc-accordion data-vc-container=\".vc_tta-container\"><span class=\"vc_tta-title-text\">Design Proposals and Seminars<\/span><\/a><\/h5><\/div><div class=\"vc_tta-panel-body\">\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<h6>DESIGN AND SEMINAR PROPOSALS<\/h6>\n<div class=\"the-content\">\n<p><strong>REQUIREMENTS FOR STUDENTS TO TAKE DESIGN AND SEMINAR PROPOSALS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Have passed a minimum of 108 credits (calculated from TPB).<\/li>\n<li>Take credit EP4002 Design Proposal and Seminar in FRS.<\/li>\n<li>Register yourself at the Study Program Administration by filling out the Design Proposal and Seminar Registration form (FPTA1) which is approved by the Advisor.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>PROCEDURES FOR STUDENTS TO START DESIGN PROPOSALS AND SEMINARS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Students take the Final Assignment Registration (FPTA) form at the Study Program Administration Office.<\/li>\n<li>The completed FPTA form is submitted to the Student Advisor for approval.<\/li>\n<li>The FPTA form in point 2 is submitted to the Final Project Team for approval and recommendations to several (2 to 5) prospective TA Supervisors.<\/li>\n<li>Students consult with the lecturers who are prospective Supervisors I by bringing the FPTA form.<\/li>\n<li>Students rank the topics of their chosen Final Project within a maximum of 1 week from the date of approval from the TA Team.<\/li>\n<li>If necessary, Supervisor I who has been selected in point 5 determines Supervisor 2 who is approved by the TA Team<\/li>\n<li>The supervisor selected in points 5 and 6 must sign the Final Project Supervision Willingness Form (FKMTA).<\/li>\n<li>Students submit the KPTA form to KTA.<\/li>\n<li>Students carry out their final assignment.<\/li>\n<li>Students fill out the Final Project Implementation Progress (FKTA) form which must be initialed by the supervisor every time they have a routine consultation (once every 1 or 2 weeks).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>IMPLEMENTATION OF DESIGN AND SEMINAR PROPOSALS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Final Assignment I load is equivalent to 2x5x16 = 160 working hours (10 hours per week).<\/li>\n<li>Each supervisor provides a log book for each student he\/she supervises.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring of the progress of the Design Proposal and Student Seminar is carried out periodically once or twice a week by filling out the Final Project Progress Form (FKPTA1). FKPTA2 (green) is for the first semester, FKPTA2 (yellow) is for the second semester.<\/li>\n<li>Time limit for student Final Design Assignments: 1 semester, if deemed necessary can be extended up to 2 semesters.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>PENGAJUAN SIDANG TUGAS AKHIR<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>The final project has been completed, as indicated by the signing of the draft final project report (including its summary) by the supervisor. This report must follow the standard format for writing final project reports issued by STEI.<\/li>\n<li>Have completed or passed all courses.<\/li>\n<li>Fill out the Final Project Defense Registration Form (FPSTA) which has been approved by the Supervisor.<\/li>\n<li>Submit the FPSTA form in point 3 to the Final Project Hearing Team (STA Team) by bringing 3 copies of the draft Final Project report and its summary in point 1.<\/li>\n<li>The STA team will review the requirements (points 1 and 2) for the student's Final Project Defense application.
