His doctoral degree (Ph.D.) was obtained in the Department of Electrical Engineering, University of Tokyo, Japan, in 1996. He is also a pioneer in national submarine cable installation, a developer of high-voltage equipment, and a developer of <strong>Covid-19 Emergency Ventilator<\/strong>. <strong>Intellectual Property Rights <\/strong>he has 15 patents and 4 copyrights for his innovative works as well<span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.05em;\">\u00a0has written more than 30 publications in international journals and
