SEEI ITB Receives Visit from FTI ITERA for Collaboration Discussions and Laboratory Management

Bandung, stei.itb.ac.id – On Friday, 28 November 2025, the School of Electrical Engineering and Informatics (SEEI) ITB received a visit from the Faculty of Industrial Technology (FTI) of Institut Teknologi Sumatera (ITERA). The visit aimed to strengthen institutional relations through discussions on potential collaborations, laboratory management and administration, as well as capacity development for educational support staff. The entire series of discussions was held in the SEEI ITB Meeting Room, Labtek VIII, 2nd Floor, and the Faculty Lounge.

The FTI ITERA delegation—consisting of academic program leaders, educational laboratory staff, and administrative personnel—was welcomed by representatives of SEEI ITB to exchange experiences regarding academic and non-academic governance. The visitors also had the opportunity to tour several laboratory facilities at SEEI ITB, including the Conversion Laboratory, Biomedical Engineering Laboratory, and the PLN Building, to observe operational systems, supporting facilities, and best practices implemented on site.

Through this visit, SEEI ITB and FTI ITERA hope to build stronger synergy in educational development, laboratory quality enhancement, and capacity building for educational support staff in both institutions.
