Bandung, stei.itb.ac.id – Evaluation of preparations for the construction of the Integrity Zone Towards a Corruption Free Area (Wilayah Bebas Dari Korupsi – WBK) and a Clean and Serving Bureaucratic Area (Wilayah Birokrasi Bersih dan Melayani – WBBM).
The evaluation activity of the development of the Integrity Zone Towards a Corruption-Free Area (ZI WBK/WBBM) began with an Entry Meeting on May 25, 2021 at 15.30 which was opened by the Head of the Internal Unit Supervision, Prof. Hendra Gunawan, Ph.D.
The activity was also attended by ITB Leaders, Prof. Dr.Ing. Ir. Widjaja Martokusumo (Secretary of the ITB Institute), Dr. Ir. Dina Anggreni Sarsito, M.T. (Secretary for Non-Financial Supervision of SPI ITB), Usep Mulyana, S.Sos., MAP (Head of General Administration and Information), STEI Dean, Head of the STEI ITB Integrity Zone Development Team, and attended by other ITB Leaders and the WBK Integrity Zone Development Team/ WBBM STEI-ITB.
On this occasion the Inspectorate General Team of the Ministry of Education and Culture, Research and Technology consisted of Mr. Dedy Supriyadi, Mrs. Ira Khuyyirati, Mrs. Lili Hamdiah and Mr. Awan Syarief Muhammad. This team provided assistance on 27 and 28 May 2021.
In the entry meeting, the ITB leadership, represented by the Secretary of the Institute, Prof. Dr.Ing. Ir. Widjaja Martokusumo said that the construction of ZI WBK/WBBM is the main ITB’s target. Current improvements are currently developed in terms of human resources, information technology system integration, and data and information delivery.
Dean of STEI ITB Dr. Tutun Juhana, ST., MT. conveyed that the Integrity Zone title towards WBK/WBBM is indeed not easy to obtain; but we must believe and try to get the title.
The Assistance Activity for the Evaluation of WBK/WBBM ZI Development by the Kemendikbudristek IG Team was carried out on 27-May 2021 at 09.00-17.00 WIB. It took place at the Achmad Bakrie Building (Labtek VIII) STEI ITB Meeting Room, ITB Campus Jalan Ganesa No. 10 Bandung
The evaluation activity begins with an independent assessment of filling out the LKE (Evaluation Worksheet) which consists of 6 process levers, namely:
Technical Controller of the Inspectorate General, Dedy Supriyadi said, the results of this evaluation were the result of assistance from the IG Team. Each working units (Satuan Kerja) were given a description of the activities and evidence/supporting documents that had to be prepared. In this case, the Technical Controller suggested that for each lever activity/area a special place should be prepared to keep documents; to facilitate the inspection by the Ministry of Empowerment of State Apparatus and Bureaucratic Reform.
The Evaluation of the Development of the Integrity Zone towards WBK/WBBM ended with the reading of the results of the evaluation of the assessment by the IG Team, namely Mrs. Ira Khuyyirati and Mrs. Lili Hamdiah, and immediately closed with an Exit Meeting by the Head of the Control Team, Mr. Dedy Supriyadi.
