xG Research Center Embarks on Second Year of 5G Research with New Focus Areas: Driving Innovation in 5G Infrastructure, Diverse Applications, and Accessible Technologies
Bandung, Indonesia – January 15th, 2024 – The xG Research Center of Use Cases and Applications (“xG Research Center”), a collaborative initiative between the School of Engineering and Informatics at Bandung Institute of Technology (STEI ITB) and PT Huawei Tech Investment, today announced its research focus for the second year of operation. Building on the successful completion of its first year focused on 5G-to-Business applications, the Center will now delve into critical areas of 5G infrastructure development, diverse applications of 5G technology, and the utilization of publicly available tools and platforms.
